About The 360 Lift

The 360 lift is a new, innovative treatment that can lift and elevate facial skin and tissues to restore a more vibrant appearance—all without cutting into the skin. This minimally invasive treatment uses a specialized internal support structure to restore the position of your cheeks rather than pull on your skin or add synthetic volume, resulting in subtle yet profound effects that you will be able to enjoy for years to come.

  1. The entry point is made starting at the high point of the cheekbone.
  2. A permanent suture is placed in a circular motion with multiple entry and exit points around the apple of the cheek.
  3. The suture is then hoisted and anchored, elevating and repositioning the cheek for a natural lift.

Personal Consultation

The personal consultation is the first step to renewing your appearance. During this meeting, one of our surgical assistants will discuss each aspect of the treatment. They will talk with you about the 360 lift, your medical history, concerns, and aesthetic goals. They will also assess your pre-existing anatomy and skin quality. The surgical assistant will then use this information to tailor a fully individualized treatment plan to address each concern as there may be other areas of the face that need improvement such as neck, eyelids, or brows where complementary procedures will be recommended.

Preparation

In advance of your scheduled procedure, our team will give you a set of detailed instructions to help you start preparing. They may direct you to:

  • Modify Skincare Routines: Refrain from using any harsh or irritative skincare products in the weeks leading up to treatment.
  • Cease Certain Medications: Stop using any blood-thinning medications or supplements that contain blood-thinning or antiplatelet properties under medical guidance.
  • Refrain from Certain Substances: Cease nicotine and alcohol consumption in the days before and after your appointment.
  • Protect the Skin: Avoid tanning and any direct/unprotected sun exposure.

Procedure

The 360 lift is performed at our state-of-the-art office in Central Phoenix. Here, your specialist will meet with you one last time to confirm the details of your treatment.

They will then place an internal support structure beneath the skin. This will elevate and reposition the midface skin and tissues. The support structure we use features a 360-degree support pattern to enhance the position, projection, and shape of the facial tissues and skin—allowing each patient to achieve all-encompassing results.

Dr. Laris will fasten the structure to the underlying, deeper structures near the eyes to ensure lasting stability.

Minimal Recovery

One of the primary benefits of the 360 lift is its minimal recovery time. There will be swelling and tenderness around the treated areas, but over-the-counter medications and rest can help manage this. We will provide a full set of recovery instructions before your procedure so you know exactly what to expect.

No, this procedure does not require any external incisions, which means you will not need to worry about any visible scarring afterward. You will also not have to worry about having your sutures removed, because none will be placed!

What concerns can the 360 lift address?

The 360 lift can correct the appearance of your midface and address specific concerns such as deflated or flattened cheeks, extending smile lines, under-eye hollowing, or visible signs of facial aging.

Will my internal support system need to be removed or replaced later?

No, once the internal support system lifts your tissues, you will not need to remove or replace anything. A permanent suture is used, not to be confused with threads or anything of the sort.
